For a calculation issue, include the page URL, non-sensitive example inputs, expected result and the relevant public issuer source. We do not need statements, banking OTPs, card numbers or health records.
Choose the right help
For saved calculations, sign in to the same account and use My calculations. Reopened scenarios use current rules and keep the original result in history. For pending reward delivery or account access, email support with the reward name or page URL. Contact your bank or insurer directly for account-specific disputes and urgent assistance.
