Fee-waiver tracker

What must I spend from today?

Select a card, enter eligible spending already completed in the card year and the months remaining. This tracker does not encourage extra spending; it shows whether paying the fee may be cheaper than forcing purchases.

How to read the result

Net value beats headline rewards

A card advertising high rewards may still lose after a large renewal fee. The annual planner first estimates eligible rewards and milestone value, then removes the fee including GST unless the modelled waiver is reached. The ranking is therefore based on money left after the recurring card cost, not an isolated reward rate.

Wallet mode is useful for deciding which existing card deserves each category. All-cards mode is a discovery tool and may include products for which you are not eligible. Approval, credit limit and promotional offers are outside this calculation.

Important assumptions

Waiver eligibility can differ

Some issuers exclude rent, wallet loads, cash advances, fuel or other categories from the fee-waiver threshold. Where the card model contains an eligible-spend rule, Accurate Paisa applies it. The manual tracker treats the amount you enter as already verified eligible spend, so check the issuer’s latest terms or statement summary first.

Never shift unnecessary purchases merely to avoid a fee. Compare the remaining spend with the actual renewal charge and with the value of keeping the card. Closing or downgrading a card can affect benefits and account history, so consider the wider impact.
