Why this matters
Static card lists become wrong quietly
A reduced cap, new excluded category, higher fee or tighter lounge threshold can change which card wins even when a user’s spending stays the same. Positive changes matter too: a lower fee, broader eligibility or better redemption ratio may restore value. Accurate Paisa records both directions so “devaluation tracker” does not become a one-sided rumour feed.
The effective date is separate from the publication date. That prevents a future change from being treated as current too early and helps explain why an older statement produced a different result.
Editorial standard
No unsourced social-media claims
Each public event requires an official issuer URL, a concise summary and a named rule type. The calculation profile still changes only after the applicable monetary rule has been reviewed. A timeline post alone does not silently rewrite the recommendation engine.
Promotional offers and targeted account messages may not apply to every cardholder. They are excluded unless the event can be described accurately for a defined public card product.
