Use a realistic miles or hotel-points conversion and include transfer ratios or fees.
Review lounge spend thresholds, visit limits, guest rules, forex markup and insurance conditions separately.
Practical guide
Travel cards combine several kinds of value: points or miles, booking discounts, lounge visits, hotel status, insurance and sometimes a lower foreign-exchange markup. These benefits cannot all be added as if they were cash. Accurate Paisa calculates only the reward or milestone value supported by a clear rule, while the card landing page lists privileges separately. This keeps an unused lounge visit from artificially increasing the annual savings shown to a traveller.
Use a twelve-month view because travel spending is irregular. Convert the amount you realistically spend on flights, hotels and other travel into an average monthly figure, then include normal online, food and offline expenses. The engine applies the same annualised profile to every verified card, checks the fee waiver and subtracts fee plus GST. A premium card must therefore recover its higher recurring cost through benefits you can genuinely use.
Before choosing, examine booking-channel restrictions, blackout dates, transfer partners, expiry, lounge visit limits, quarterly spend conditions and foreign-exchange charges. A co-branded card may work well for one airline but poorly when fares or routes push you elsewhere. Never borrow for travel merely to collect points: finance charges can exceed the value of miles very quickly. Compare both the calculated rupee result and the practical flexibility of the programme.

Your monthly inputs are annualised and evaluated against every automatic card profile. Supported category rates, reward caps and milestones are applied first. The engine then checks whether eligible annual spending reaches the fee-waiver threshold. If it does not, the annual fee and GST are subtracted to produce net annual value. Benefits without a dependable cash value remain visible on the card page but do not inflate the result.
The ranking inside the calculator is personal to the amounts entered. The card list above uses only a clearly labelled discovery signal based on terms clarity and reward usability, so it should not be interpreted as “best card” advice. Confirm current fees, exclusions and eligibility on the official issuer page before applying.
